Tape Ball Tournament

1. Total teams

   Six

2. Number of players

   (To be decided) Five - Six players per team (30/36 players in total)

3. ⁠Round Robin format.

   The tournament will consist of 2 groups, each group will have 3 teams. Group-A (A1, A2, A3) & Group-B (B1, B2, B3).

   The top 2 teams from each group will play the semi-final. Semi-Final (A1 vs B2) & (B1 vs A2).

4. Number of overs

   Per inning: 4 overs (for group stage matches & semi-final) and 5 overs (for the final match)

   Per bowler: 1 over (for group stage matches & semi-final) and 2 overs (for the final match)

5. ⁠Wicketkeeper

   From bowling side

6. Umpire

   Either from the organizers or from the other teams not involved in the match.

7. General

   a. General rules will apply (boundaries, runs & runs restriction in some areas)

   b. ⁠There will be no last batsman.

   c. In case of a draw match, there will be a super over decider.

   d. Players will be booked on first come first serve and the teams will be announced before the tournament (by the organizers), as there will be no change in teams during the tournament.

   e. Matches will start at given time. In the event of teams not reaching in time for the match, only 5 minutes of margin will be given, otherwise the other team will get a walkover. (Due to time constraint)
